How long does the approval process take until I become an Ambassador?
The application takes just a few minutes to complete. Once submitted, applications are typically reviewed within 1–2 business days.
Note: A personal product purchase is required to become an Ambassador.
Where can I find my Ambassador link?
Log in to your Ambassador dashboard. Your unique referral link is displayed on the dashboard homepage under Affiliate Link.
How are referrals tracked?
When a customer makes a purchase using your referral link, the sale is automatically credited to your account and earns commission. If a customer does not place an order on their first visit, an affiliate cookie is stored in their browser for 30 days. As long as the cookie has not expired, you will still earn commission when they complete a purchase later.
Important: To ensure proper tracking, please remind your referrals to accept cookies on our website.
How do I get paid?
Once you reach the minimum payout of $25, you can choose from the following payout options:
- Direct Deposit or Cash-Equivalent Gift Card
Cash and gift card payouts are processed through Tremendous and delivered via email. Please note that direct deposit or Venmo payouts may incur a small service fee. - Store Credit
Store credit payouts receive an additional 20% bonus and can be redeemed at any time.
This gives you the flexibility to choose the option that works best for you.
When do I get paid?
Payouts are processed on the first of each month, provided you have accumulated at least $25 in commissions.
Where can I track my commissions and performance?
You can track your activity directly in your dashboard. Using the toolbar on the left, you’ll find detailed views for Commissions, Clicks, Payouts, and Reports.
Can I earn commissions on my own orders?
No. Ambassadors are not eligible to earn commissions on their own purchases.
How do I use my store credit?
On the homepage of your dashboard, locate Available Store Credit and click Redeem Coupon. Enter the amount you would like to redeem and click Get Coupon. You will receive a coupon code to use at checkout.
How do I set or change my payment method?
Go to your dashboard Settings, then select Payment Method to choose or update how you would like to be paid.
What if a referral did not use my link when ordering?
If a customer did not use your referral link, please contact info@skincerity.com. Our customer service team can link the order to your Ambassador account. Future orders from that customer will then be attributed to you.
