Shipping policy
Please allow 2 business days to process your order. Because of the Acetone in Skincerity, orders must be shipped under certain safety regulations.
STORE PICKUP:
Location: 620 E Dewey Place, San Antonio, TX 78212, USA
Orders can be picked up Monday through Friday, from 9:30 am to 4:30 pm CDT. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
Skincerity will be shipped via ground transportation (USPS® Ground Advantage or UPS® Ground). Please note that USPS® Ground Advantage will ship via cargo ship to Hawaii and Alaska, adding to the estimated delivery.
Due to state regulations, we are unable to ship to the following states:
- California
- Colorado
- Maine
- Maryland
- Minnesota
- Oregon
- Vermont
- Washington
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
CANADA ONLY:
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
All international orders are shipped via DHL or UPS. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Skincerity is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
Remote Areas: If the shipping address is in one of DHL’s remote areas, $49 USD will be included in the shipping price displayed at checkout. To avoid this fee, try using an alternate address that is not on DHL’s remote area list. Click here to view the current list.
We offer international shipping to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Ireland, Singapore, and United Kingdom.
At this time, we do not ship to France, New Zealand, Mexico, Spain, Peru, or Malaysia.
